Question Battle between ALJ and Appeals Council

After 3 remands, 6 hearings, would it be safe to say that a battle is brewing between these two factions?

No, it would not. You want to bring emotion into the process and it just doesn't work that way.

Emotion has nothing to do with this, I'm just throwing something out there for others to comment on, whether they think this is strange or not.

Using the language, "....would it be safe to say that a battle is brewing between these two factions?" implies that the ALJ and AC have an emotional investment in the outcome of your case. I'm sorry, but they don't. This is a routine legal matter for them.

It's unfortunate that the SSDI process is often so lengthy, but it sounds like your new attorney is making progress, so congratulations.
