If they approve the eligible month being February 2015 when work stopped, then the next 5 months following you do not get back pay. That makes August-October (3 months) of back pay. If they use a later month it may wipeout back pay. If no back pay you do not owe me anything. Yes I would appreciate referrals to me. I handle cases in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas.

Ha! Thanks for the grin. You are so right. As stated earlier, I was in shock while I was talking with him. I'm just glad I didn't faint on him! Grin. Here is what my attorney wrote to me this afternoon about the issue:

SSA told Glenda date of entitlement is 8-15 which comports with February 2015 being your eligible month. So looks like Aug and Sept for back pay but the letter will explain it.
