Default Rep Payee Report Sample?

I recently was approved on my SSI disability application and am required to have a Representative Payee to handle my finances.

My case worker at the SSA mentioned something about needing to keep every receipt for anything the money is used for, I wasn't sure if they were joking or not.
Are these reports going to actually be this strict?
Or can we just report rounded general amounts?

Does anyone have a sample of an acceptable SSI report that they could share?

Thank you.
