Default Disability Update Report SSA-455-OCR-SM

i received the short form for this, it is my 1st one, i was taken off for a year while locked up, then put back on when i got out 4 years ago, my question is, only thing that has changed is i am going to school now, would that be reason for me to get reviewed with the long form? is this question big deal? cause its school or work training programs. thanks in advance
