it is good and helps your case to have a diagnosis and to have a test that proves it. For peripheral neuropathy as far as your feet and/or legs are concerned, the important part is how it affects your gate and station.

11.14 Peripheral neuropathies. With disorganization of motor function as described in 11.04B, in spite of prescribed treatment.
B. Significant and persistent disorganization of motor function in two extremities, resulting in sustained disturbance of gross and dexterous movements, or gait and station (see 11.00C).

the important part of your claim is to make clear how your peripheral neuropathy affects your ability to work. This includes the disease itself as well as treatments and medications affecting your ability to work. Depending on how your peripheral neuropathy affects you, make sure you mention how it affects your ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, reach, climb, lift, walk, due to numbness, pain, etc. also how medications affect your ability to concentrate, make you drowsy, how pain affects you, etc

do a search on here for peripheral neuropathy and disabililty.
