Frown New case for the third time

Hello everyone do anyone have any information regarding this situation ,I filed for the third time in December 2018. I received my first denial around March or April and around the last of April ,I filed an appeal for reconsideration 3 days later I received a denial for that appeal so I file for an appeal with an administrative law judge which will be the third time I've been before a judge. In about 1 month and a half I received a letter telling that I have have been scheduled for a hearing in this October 2019 is this normal is this good ,is this bad ,or is it what it is, do anybody have any idea or any opinion please let me know
