Default OPERS Disability

I'm on Ohio Public Employees Retirement (OPERS) disability or as they call it Early Retirement for the last 3 years because of Parkinson's disease. Also on Medicare & Medicaid. Got a letter from Managed Medical Review Organization (MMRO) a couple of months ago with a bunch of papers for me and my doctor to fill out about my disability. Filled out papers, sent them in then 2 months later get another letter from MMRO that they need doctor's notes from last 2 visits sent in by less than 2 weeks. Doctor sent them in, then a get a letter from MMRO that they didn't receive note from doctor and that notified OPERS that as a result my non-compliance a hold will be placed on my disability benefit. This happened this Friday so I've been worried all weekend about it. Going to try and contact OPERS Monday to see what's going on. Thanks just needed to send this out and see what people think of it.
