I filed a SSD claim on 11-10-2016 for COPD and was denied on 7-13-2017 . I have hired a lawyer and filed for Reconsideration . The reason for the denial was " Your condition results in some limitations in your ability to perform work related actives , however these limitations do not prevent you from performing work you have done in the past"
My question is since they made the decision/denial at step 4 on the grid rules on first claim, will they go on to step 5 of the grid for Reconsideration ? I was ( and still am ) 55 years old when I filed the claim. Thanks . |
