Last year I received the short form scheduled for 3 years, I sent it out got a letter back 2 months later saying not reviewing benefits will continue. Last week a year later I received another short form, I guess i'm not understanding why it wouldn't have come in 3 years. Has anyone every had this happen is it something I should be worried about? Any information would be appreciated.

I received a short for a year ago after 3 years, I sent it in and got a response 2 months later say nothing more needed benefits continued. I am listed as a 3 year. Last week I received another short for after only a year, I guess I am confused with that. I wondered has this ever happened to anyone else? is it something to be worried about??
Thank you, |

Its been a long while, I do believe the first 2 came around the 3 year'ish time frame?
The 3rd was the long form and had to meet a Dr. of theirs, last year...So in short of 11 years, 3 letters and met with Dr. once....Hope it helps some? |

its never happened to me ...yet.....trying to figure these things out will just drive you over the edge.....who knows if there is a rhyme or reason...they may have just decided to review all of one type of cases every year this year.....next year it might be another.....it could be a computer glitch....you will never know so just keep going to the doctor....fill out the form and send it back in and try not to worry too much about it. i know easier said than done, but there really isnt anything we can do about it except stay current.

thank you for your responses, If had been the three years it wouldn't have bothered me, I just didn't know why a year this time. Nothing has changed, I haven't worked, I don't go to school, I will be 56 soon. MY form profile said 3 year cycle, L and 133. I know these things are needed to keep people from getting ssd who don't need it, it just cases so much anxiety and depression in people with these problems already.
