I just got the short form for the 2nd time in two years. Just when my disability is wreaking havoc on me I get this in the mail.

We understand but they are just doing their jobs..

I suffered a TBI and brain damage, yet I still get questioned over 12 years....Anyone know of a way to reverse brain damage Im all ears! lol

It sure is frustrating that I agree with you 100%!
