Default Can someone help me please😁

I got a fully favorable decision for my 9 year old daughters SSI case May 3rd,2018 after my court date in front of the ALJ and two days ago I got a denial letter saying they didn’t receive something I was supposed to send in but I never received a letter asking for anything. Has anyone been through this before and what should I do? Also how long will it take to get approved again?

Tip - Keep all paperwork & any communication/notes together in a separate organizer of some sort, just saves time having all in one place and not mixed in with other paperwork...
