Question Appeal Chances Diagnosed With Parkinson’s

Hello

I’m just wondering if anyone can give me some input on my chances with Parkinson’s disease? I been out of work since 2017 with a right shoulder injury which was pretty bad had surgery on it back in January 2018 after surgery I was a mess with shaking like they had cut a major nerve or something to my entire body so I been trying to find out what the problem was and what happen just found out the other day by a neurologist that I have Parkinson’s disease I’m in like the second stage with it, the doctor said he would help me get my disability so I told my attorney they sent me forms to take to him but he refused to fill them out after telling me he would help, he has already sent me for a MRI brain scan which I had the other day haven’t heard anything from that yet but my question is my right shoulder wasn’t repaired the second MRI on it was worse than my first MRI and now my neurologist doesn’t want me to go through surgery again because the meds makes my Parkinson’s worse when your put to sleep so I’m on my appeal now just wanting to know if anyone has been through this before and what are my chances of approval god knows I need it and lord I have been through it with all my problems, I’m not the best at typing so please forgive me on any mistakes I made on writing this please!! Thanks For Any Input

Disability is related more to what functions you can, or cannot do for work, more than the diagnosis name..

Make a list of what affects you and why you cannot work at any job..
to get you started..maybe..
Pain levels - avg & after doing activities
fatigue levels
mental
emotional
can't sit for X amount of time, need to move around , not able to lift x
