Default waiting for alj hearing date

Sept 24 2018 initial application denied march 2019
hired an atty and denied re consideration I think May 2019
appealed July 25 2019
July 30 ssdi reviewing appealed
around Sept 2019 status change with old date July 30 appeal under review:
"a medical decision been made and processing your decision"

question: I don't have a hearing date at this time can they actually approve it? back in Sept I received letter from court where I live papers to sign so they can get my medical records, medicine I m taking and my work history.

can or anyone had this thing happen in your case? so do I still get a hearing date or just keep on waiting? my atty request file from my doctors and I'm sure it will be submitted. but how long does it take to find out if I will have hearing or they will just be approve ? thanks in advance
