Default CDR used black ink to fill out my form

Anyone ever heard of not using ink and only pencil on the form even though it says to use either black ink or no2 pencil

I think the short forms are first processed by computer which is why they recommend writing with something that contains carbon which lead pencil and black ink both do

I use porous-point pens for all writing because pressing down on a ballpoint pen isn't easy for me but when it comes to forms, those won't do apparently, and I use a ballpoint pen for forms that say you have to use pencil or black ink.

jinga is right--computers have trouble reading forms unless you've used the right kind of pen or pencil apparently.
