Default can someone help calm my fear of the cdr

I am a 3 year short form just mailed back my cdr. I'm just a nervous wreck I will get the long form somehow. Anyone here have good luck with their short form being approved? I kept my answers to the point didnt leave any extra comments or attachments.

As long as you answer that you aren’t working, have been going to your doctor appointments and are getting worse instead of better or same, it’s unlikely for a further review. Almost everyone is scared of these reviews, but something like 98% are approved.

Sound alike you filled it out correctly and you should have nothing to worry about.
