Will checking the "same" box on your health whether it's better or worse cause a full medical review? I read on another page checking this box without remarks will cause a medical review. Any answers much appreciated. I have already sent my form in.

it really depends on several factors....are you working? are you medical improvement expected( MIE) , medical improvement possible (MIP). or medical improvement not expected (MINE), is your profile score low, medium or high?

Checking same instead of worse is likely to get the CDR review.

Im not going to agree or disagree, but that hasnt been my experience....I have brain damage and it shouldnt get worse.....
But someone with MS or another debilitating disease maybe? I found as time goes buy, that triggers it. |
