No I've never had this kind of thing happen. It sounds like its probably because
your dad let him do it how he wanted to do it. You might go ahead and let him call SSi and let them tell him that he to have someone has an payee. Because I'm going to guess he wouldn't like it if they suggested a government agency in your area that could do it that would be even more strict. And he would have no say at all how his money is spent. I hope things work out for you. Donna
