It can be found on the SSA and/or Medicare gov websites.
Or if you have signed up for online SS/Medicare account...

I've found it useful to be signed up there. The security safeguards there make it really difficult to log in even though you're registered. Be prepared to jump through quite a few hoops every time you visit the site.

I'm sure that having that much security is a really good idea though.

There are reports yesterday that Biogen halved the price of the Alzheimer's drug that fueled half of the increase in the medicare premium and deductible for 2022, to $28,200. of course there will be no rollback of the announced medicare increases though there should be.
