This sounds similar to the troubles I am having, although my troubles are with my lawyer holding my paperwork from my LTD Insurance company for 3 weeks before calling me and saying he isn't taking my case. He had my paper work in hand for 3 weeks, and never returned my calls or emails, then responded to basically tell me he wouldn't take the case.

He didn't even want to talk about the case, or how incomplete the data he had. He had nothing past March of this year, and since that time I have had numerous tests, with profound results. It showed I had Pernicious Anemia. Imagine my shock when he told me a judge wouldn't pay any attention to another doctor that I get who has a conflicting opinion with a doctor who gave me an unfavorable/inaccurate diagnosis. How cab that be?

I am beside myself, and I too have trouble thinking, so just remembering where to find phone numbers is a challenge, and where the records are etc...
