Default ssdi alj hearing michigan

hi every one back in 05 i applied for ssdi for anxiety depresion bad lower back and high tone deafness.and was tured down. i got a lawer and soon my hearing will be comming up im nervious. since i filed i was diag-with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety and adult adhd. sever arthritis and bone spurs in lower back. and now i found out i have bipolar 1 and taking abilify. my family doc filled out a rfc form for me and very supportive. i am afraid i still wont win my case. my attorney said we have a good chance but that doesnt tell me much. im 51 now and could use some incouragment anybody out there think i will win? my wife and i have been homeless 3 times sense 2006. thank you for any advise
