my doc said he will support me in my bipolar 1 disability case for the alj hearing. he said to bring in a rfc form i hope this will help me get my ssdi in michigan. on top of my family doc supporting me on my physical end. sorry it been a while i have been in the dumps lately. god bless. thanks stan

Hi Stan,
Good news! Make sure both of your doctors back you up 100% because the ALJ may ask his own SSA-contracted doctors to give their, usually biased, opinions to use against you. That is what happened to me and I had to go to Federal Court to get the case sent back to the ALJ. Good luck! Scott |
