SSDI review this December - ideas??

Hi everyone,

I am brand new here and need some help. I have been on disability since September, 2002 and I was approved until December, 2008. I am not at all better - after 4 surgeries I am just on pain management - does anyone know what happens for me when it's time for a review? Any help would be useful. I managed to get myself approved w/o a lawyer and I really need the money.
