Grin Fully favorable

Only a couple of weeks after my ALJ hearing, I received a letter stating her decision is fully favorable!! It does caution that there is an oversight panel that can choose to overturn her decision. I wonder how often that happens? No word yet on when I will start getting checks, or how much they will be.
