Default Cfr

New form for us. After 6 months of no response on the CDR my daughter received this CFR.
It ask for additonal information. How her life changed since the onset of receiving soc sec. Like driving, caring for self, someone live in the home, one floor or two etc.

Just fill it in and send out. Shocked me as this is the first time and many months have gone by.

Just to update about Soc Sec request for additional information:
During the process for filling in the CFR for additional information we ahd more correspondance.
1. a letter to atttend an appointment at their doctor.
2. A letter cancelling this appointment
3. A letter stateing updated information from treating doctor, that approval was ongoing and not to attend the soc sec doc appointment.

So while rocks rippled the water, it all worked out, before they even got the CFR back.
