Nancy, Hope you have gotten some response from your attorney by noe what is helping.
I had to fire my attorney when I had a BWC case and he didn't get anything even though he supposedly had been on the case for a couple of yrs.
Point here though is that one attorney will not even talk to you about your case until you have fired your present attorney.
I understand how your feeling all to well.
I fought BWC for 6yrs and stll didn't get the full claim and really got screwed, beside the point here.
My point though is are you sure it's the attorney and just not the process of dealing with a very, very slow, backed up SSA system, It has taken me over 4 yrs to get through 2 denial and to finally get a JDL hearing for Jan. 1, 2006.
