I think if you have documentation and a doctors report about this new development it may be something to try.

I can't imagine them expecting someone to sit all day at a job without being able to clean up fully after a accident like that.

might also depend on frequency of accidents and how far to home to do clean up??

I think a case like yours would fall under a new claim.
Just guessing and using logic here

I would suggest making some calls and ask about it.
