Don't forget the website.....You can all check your account there it will tell when your first check will be and the amount, your deposit information ect. You can print your letter from there if you need it now and so on. If you are approved the information might already be there.

I was approved 2 months ago for SSD, not SSI. I received my first check the next month, however have not received my lump sum yet. Just a thought and another resource to use. You will want to keep track there anyhow.

I wish you much luck. My battle is not over though, my disability company wants my back pay and I am fighting them to keep some of it to cover my back bills they have been just as bad or worse.
