Default Questions on Part A,Part B, etc..

My sister was approved for medicare but does not have enough credits. She was told she'd have to pay the difference for part b, also was originally told that medicare paid for the copayments, deductibles from the primary insurance. Now we are being told they do not pay this. How can anyone understand this system? It's so confusing. Does anyone have advise to offer? Trying to help, but I'm lost with this.
Thanks

Ss medical is very confusing when they tell you, the amount comes out of your pay, each month for part a and part b then if you have medicine all are separate, on the other being paid by insurance. I worked for gm, my pension would give us this back in our pension checks, but with all the has went on with gm, they are no longer doing this, so we lost that money.

sorry to hear about your pension. I'm trying to figure out all the different parts but mainly part B, because if they pay for co pays from a primary insurance such as having blue cross first, then medicare. I was told by different versions by people that yes they cover the co pays then others say no they do not. I'm trying to see which is the better option, if it's worth having part b. I do not make enough to pay for part b. So they will be sending me a bill. I'm disabled and having a hard time making any payments at the moment. This is way too confusing for me..
