Default Not new, but back...

Hi everyone,

Tonight is the first night I have allowed myself to even look at this site in months. When I first relocated to WA I hopped on, but decided since I was feeling better that maybe I was just too focused on what was wrong instead of what was right-

Needless to say, after 6 long months I am very willing to admit that I am broken! On a positive note I have developed some coping skills with the pain, lost a bunch of weight(which hasn't seemed to help the back) and completely avoided all MD's! LOL

It is so nice to see familar names still posting- when things seem so depressing and overwhelming, I can hop on and if anything know I am not alone, crazy, whimpy, etc......

Diane(dinydeek)Thoracic issues, lumbar but cervical isn't so bad....

I think it's good to do other things at times .

Let me be the first to say here: You're not alone, not crazy and not whimpy.

Y'know, even at times when people are feeling better, it's also good to share that news .

I try to get to the boards every other day or so for a short period of time...I do not spend as much time on the boards either as I once did, but I think too that sometimes we educate ourselves about the problems and then we come back only to help those that are in need.....but it is great to see you return, but sorry it is because you are in pain again....
