Please help me understand this!
Small left posterolateral disc protrusion at L4-5 which abuts and may slightly displace the exiting left L4 nerve root. Cervical spndylosis with central canal stenosis, which is moderate-severe from C4/5 through C6/7 Mild degenerative changes. minimal bulging at several levels--minimal right-sided disc protursion at T7/8 and left T8/9 mild reversal of the normal lordosis incitental hemangioma noted at C6 and T9 Several areas say Broad-based posterior ridging produces moderate-severe central canal stenosis with mild ventral cord contouring. Moderate-severe bilateral foraminal narrowing is present. Posterior ridging and suspected left uncinate spur Mild degenerative changes in mid and lower lumbar spine mild canal stenosis at L3-4 with mild left foraminal narrowing at L5-S1. S. The reports are long so this is just a summary. What do you think? Can someone help, please? |
