Default Great!

I'm already dealing with PN in my feet, and now I've got stenosis in C4/C5 of my neck. It's bad enough to have an arthritic back, but this shoulder and when I reach for something, bicep pain....I have begun using the Saunders Cervical Traction gizmo. I've only used it twice, but I feel like neck is worse. Using the exact weight the chiropractor wants me to use. I am soooooo scared of neck surgery. I have heard many horror stories....Any suggestions?
