I dont know if I am posting this in the right place.
I was in an accident in which several boxes fell on me and two years later the latest MRI showsdiffuse disc bulge at C4-C5 and C 5-6 levels with spinal canal stenosis at both levels and mild right neuroforaminal narrowing at the c5-C6 level. Posterior disc protrsion at C6-C7. I have issues at L5 and S1 as well with spondylosis So typing this in tired me out, frustrated me to tears because I cant find my lower back paperwork. My days seem to all be like that anymore. I read a lot of what you are all going through and I am glad I have found this forum. I have a pain managment appointment tommorow. I have looked up a lot of the things I listed above and feel like I am such a loser for feeling so crappy and in pain all the time. This has taken two years of my life just getting to where i am at with pain management... I guess I just needed to wonder out loud why I feel so bad saying THIS HURTS. I am just confused and at a loss of what to do anymore. I guess I just really need to have someone say...I have been there. Please? Leisa |
