I appreciate all your help Jo!! I have a few more images to attach to see if it helps... I am going to my doctor today for results interpretation - I have pain across my entire leg and primarily back so I think it does have to do with L4 and L5. I guess I am not describing it well enough, mind doesn't really process where does it start, where does it end, when did it start, what caused it when all you feel is pain !

Attached are some more photos, I don't really know what I am looking for and I have these animated clips so I just try to get to the middle of the clip and send that over... let me know if they help or not really.

Again I appreciate your help! Hopefully this can be fixed! Can L4 L5 be fixed? Right now everything points to that...
