Default All pre-op tests went well

Hi guys and gals!!
All my pre-op went well today, so my ACDF on c5/6 and 6/7 is on for 8am Weds. the 14th. I will let you all know how it goes as soon as I am able. I am very excited, and far less nervous than I was. My neuro is using small cages and a plate, so there is no bone involved in the fusion...should be interesting!

best wishes,
Dave

Thumbs up

so can i be nervous for you?

i can tell how excited you are. not having bone harvested from your hip is a good thing. my mom had 2 fusions done years ago. she has has had more pain from the hip than where she was fused. ( both lumbar and cervical)

you make sure you rest and don't over do it after surgery. but...you know we all want a full report when you are able.

I am glad to hear your tests went well. Also that you will have min invasive surgery done. That should make your healing time go faster.
Wishing you all the best of luck!
