Unhappy Please interpret MRI results

Please tell me what this means.

1) 3mm broad base disc protusion L5-S1.

2) Mild left neuro foraminal stenosis L5-S1

left side narrowing of the canal.

I am only 26 yrs old. Am I too young to have this. How can i make it better?
