Default Am I in the right place?

I dont know if I am posting this in the right place.
I was in an accident in which several boxes fell on me and two years later the latest MRI showsdiffuse disc bulge at C4-C5 and C 5-6 levels with spinal canal stenosis at both levels and mild right neuroforaminal narrowing at the c5-C6 level. Posterior disc protrsion at C6-C7.
I have issues at L5 and S1 as well with spondylosis
So typing this in tired me out, frustrated me to tears because I cant find my lower back paperwork. My days seem to all be like that anymore.
I read a lot of what you are all going through and I am glad I have found this forum.
I have a pain managment appointment tommorow.
I have looked up a lot of the things I listed above and feel like I am such a loser for feeling so crappy and in pain all the time. This has taken two years of my life just getting to where i am at with pain management...
I guess I just needed to wonder out loud why I feel so bad saying THIS HURTS. I am just confused and at a loss of what to do anymore. I guess I just really need to have someone say...I have been there. Please?

Hi Leisa,
Just responded to the other post you did on my 1 and 1/2 days thread...You are not alone. I often wondered why my wife and kids couldn't understand my pain...If you need to talk, I am here. They all understand now, but it was difficult for me as well. My surgery is very soon now, so I may not be on after tomorrow for awhile, but if you want to talk, I am often on messenger.
my e-mail is hansmathias8@hotmail.com
be well,
Dave

Thank you so much.
That means a lot to me.
Sometimes it is just overwhelming...if its not the physical pain, its the mental and then there is the family and friend stuff...
Hopefully the pain managment doctor can help me understand how all this ties together tommorow. I just keep thinking it should all just go away, ya know...heal and get better not keep getting more complicated.

Leisa,

Hi hon,

You posted on my other board as well...I see your problems now..I hope you are seeing a surgeon as well...I think a cervical fusion is in your future...unfortunately...That might eliminate a lot of your pain. I had a cervical fusion and it was very successful...C 4-5, 5-6, 6-7.....360 with a plate in the front and rods and screws in the back...I have a lumbar fusion as well L1 to S1, but the jury is still out on this one...Hang in their kiddo..You will get well...and feel better soon...I hope you have a good pain management doc...

Hugs,

Gloria
