Default This Neuro surgeon is great!!

I kid you not folks... it is not in my nature to do so. I went for a tentative trial back to work (printing) early this am...( Wednesday the 7th, was 3 weeks since 2 level ACDF). My Neuro said back to work in 3 weeks with NO lifting restrictions whatsoever. My muscle spasms have been gone for nearly a week, so I tried some lifting today. I lifted 5 different cases of paper (approx 45lbs each) onto a stack above shoulder level. I also loaded our largest press with 17x22 paper which involves kneeling, lifting, and twisting. I have been off meds for 3 days, and feel great! It has been 8 hours since I did this, and feel completely normal. Once again Dr Oppenheimer in Portland, Or did my acdf on C5/6 and 6/7 on February 14th, with cages and plate. This guy is great!!

Hope you all are well!
Dave
