Thanks, Gene, I think he's a doll, too, and already talking & making his needs known at ten months of age! OMG, I fear he's going to be a handful when he's in his terrible 2s . I wish my son and his wife good luck - he seems about as incorrigible as his Daddy was - heaven help 'em .

Let us know how talk w/ sheriff goes, wondering how these things are handled in various parts of the country!

Have a great week! Jacquie

Ponyboy ;

I really feel sad , to think she had to go through that , and thought she would be in trouble .
>>>Now HE will learn how people feel about "sexual offenders " , he will have that title for a long time ! > He is old enough to know that he did the wrong thing.
There has been alot about "predators" on Dateline NBC , it's a shame that we can't rid the world of these dirtbags.

She shouldn't be afraid to go outside !

Ponyboy, so sad to hear that she has gone through something so very traumatic.
Glad to hear tho that you talked to the police, and that she was able to confide in a friend and that friend told you wife.

I hope this gets handled quickly for you with the police department.

Hi Gene. Just saw this. Man oh man, what is it with these creeps who lurk in our back yards???? You cannot feel safe in your own home? Thank GOODNESS it came to light, that it didn't go further than what you described and that they know who the guy is so he will pay. You know, people with that problem never EVER change, they cannot rehabilitate. The ingredient that makes them that way cannot be removed, like flour from a cake already made. So I hope they don't go easy on him. He will probably do this again and again to other young girls.

And, since she is challenged, it makes it more disgusting and outrageous. I found out that there are websites in some states (hopefully yours) where you can go in and locate any sexual predators in your area who have had to register. Wouldn't have helped in this case, but maybe it will help for others.

Here is a link for one in NY, and maybe if you change the state there will be one for your area: http://www.criminaljustice.state.ny....arch_index.htm

Here's the FBI's site: http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cid/cac/states.htm

We all have to protect the children of the world at all costs. It makes me sick that people like that are out there.

I hope Holly can recover from this and live her life as a happy girl. So sorry this happened, Pony, and I'll pray that things work out for you.

Gene,

I'm so sorry. What a devastating experience for your family.

I hope this guy is stopped and you get some justice.

Just a few moments can change lives. Why can't people stop and get help before they hurt others?

I'm so sorry for Holly.

Ponyboy
I'm sooo sorry that your daughter had to go through such a trauma after all she's been through already. My heart goes out to you and your family too.
My prayers and support are with you as you and your family go through this mess.

I'm so sorry that you and your family, especially Holly had to go thru all of that! You and the girls have done the right thing by alerting law enforcement officials. Bless you all, it takes a strong family to go thru it together.

Best wishes,

Kim
