Default Help wit Groin pain

hey everyone, a little history first: had inter-body fusion 5 years ago on l5-s1, was too hell & back for 3 years cause of scare tissue... been doing great for the last 2 years! the other day i did a little more lifting than normal, woke up with a pinch in left groin, now the pain is going to left buttox & about 10 inches down inter left leg, pain scale is at 4 now with a limp. i'm using lidocaine .05 patchs now with a little help, no lumbra pain at all, just groin & left leg.
i'd like to know what nerve is causing this? there used to be a link for a chart that showed what nerve affected each limb, does anybody know where to find this link? sitting hurts-bak to bed... Ric
