Confused 1 year pose acdf c5,c6 fusion and hands tremble and shaking

Hi,
I am status post a cervical fusion of c5,c6 , which was done about a year ago. My recent MRI sitll shows neural foraminal narrowing at that level as well as osteophyte complexes. Both the neural foraminal narrowing and the osteophytes exist at c3 down to c7. most levels are moderate to severe as far as the foraminal narrowing goes. I have hand shaking and trembling when i put my hands out in front of me and turn them palm face up to palm face down. This is in both my left and right hands. This is really concerning to me as i dont think i should have this. I have had worsening arm symptoms since this surgery along with numbness in the first 3 fingers of the left hand. Severe forearm pains, worse in right than left. I also have pain all the way down the arms, which seems to come from the sides of my neck down to hands. It really hurt for me to extend the arms on either side. Does anone else have this tremble or shake to hands when rotating them?: thanks. Martina
