Hi,
I am wondering if any of you with osteophytes or neural foraminal narrowing, bulging discs, etc at c3, c4, c5, have had any problems with breathing. I have read that these nerves innervate the diaphragm, which enables breathing. Symptoms of damage to the nerves include lung problems and the lungs fill with bile and secretions. This has not happened to me. But i find it scary to think of my osteophytes becoming bigger in this happening. The article said that in some cases the person cant breathe without a respirator. ![]() Martina |
