Default neurologist in dfw area

Hello,
I am a 36 year old female who is suffering from a spinal cord injury due to an epidural cath after labor. Long story short the cath remained in place post partum for 2 days before being removed (eating, sleeping, restroom, bloodwork, meds, check ups, etc. Incurred during this time) even after anesthesiologist advised staff to remove before moving up to post partum maternity room. The worst part was the sleeping and repositioning myself to get comfortable.
I have been, for years since 2002, to have this problem looked into as I have had chronic "swimmers ear"/ear pain & infections, leaks of clear fluids, parts of body on right side (arm to leg to foot to toe) go numb/tingling, dizziness from spinal surgeon evaluating exercises, "sinus pressure" when bending over, reaching, or lifting. It seems I have read this can all be related to CSF leak but most articles I have read point mostly to head trauma and not back/spine trauma. This has been the only healthwise injury other than an auto accident causing a mild concussion in which consciousness was not lost and highrisk pregnancies after the spinal cord injury.
I have been having a tough time finding a doctor/specialist in the DFW area (more specifically fort worth) and my treating physician at the time has become a useless wealth of information. My family doctor wanted to blame the way I slept. I have almost run out of options and the pain has become an everyday occurrence with a dull, constant ache. Any direction rather than the standstill I have been in would be most helpful.

Thanks in advance!
