Default Post Traumatic Myelitis..

Hi there, I'm new here. I was rearended in Feb. 2010 & have been suffering from TN & PN since March 2010. I was finally dx last week with post traumatic Myelitis. I'm trying to gather some info on this, but I keep coming up with Transverse Myelitis.
My neuropathic pain involves my arms, hands, legs & feet. I also have pain in the back of my neck. Of course it all gets worse when the weather cools down. I'm currently taking Gabapentin 300mg/3 times a day, & Lyrica 25mg at bed time.
Does anyone out there suffer from this type of Myelitis & if so can you offer some suggestions. Has it gotten worse over time?? My neurologist said it may get worse or it may get better.

Thank you
Leslie
