Default borrowed title crazy pain

good day all

it is crazy pain
had horrible nights
for some time now
don't know if medicine related
doubt it no new med
or any changes for that matter
my state of mind
is surely being challenged

hope others are doing better

i need a nice hot shower
that's what i'll do
could not make appointments saturday
will reschedule

did some research yesterday
on pain pump
just in drabs

overwhelmed with this pain
trying to stay positive

be back

to all

have a beautiful and relief in your day
