Question 50 going on 90 with back pain....

I had an car accident 3 year ago with a couple discs problems, which improved after more than a year and a half of therapy. A couple months ago I had another accident, someone hit my car again. The pain is worse that it was before. My MRI includes broad based disc bulges at L3-4, L4-5, and l5-S1 with extension of disc into the neural foramen bilaterally. Also a questionable cyst in the right neural foramen at L5-S1. Does anyone know what can be done to resolve this situation? I am in PT, Accupuncture, and pain management etc,. I can sleep, I feel like my every moment is living with pain. I am particularly concern about the cyst in the neural foramen area. Thanks!
