Default Another ESI

I saw the spiny guy last week and he sent me to a painy gal and I am getting a ESI on the 3rd of Oct. My last ESI lasted about 9 months. In with the paperwork of this painy gal was a "Drug Contract". I told the office gal that I didn't want to fill it out or sign it until after I talked to the doc. After I showed her the amount of pain meds and the way _I_ manage the pain the contract was never mentioned. She said that I should sit in the waiting room and talk to some of her patients about my attitude toward my pain. 'Nuff said! Like the ESI I had in '05 she will also go in from the side because the pain is more intence on that side.
