Default L4/L5 central herniation

Hi, I had this lumbar herniation for a couple of weeks now and was wondering if anyone else in this forum also herniated this way??? what were your symptoms? how was your prognosis? How serious was your herniation? Was there any bladder issues? back pain? radiculopathy?
