of the spine and hip femoral neck? And how significant are they? I just had 2 mris first of L-spine showing left synovial cyst projecting into spinal canal but causing no canal or nerual foraminal compromise, at L4-L5 . Some disc degenerative desease at L3-L5. Minimal mulitlivel lumbar spondylosis. Should I go straigt to an ortho doc with this? My primary wants me to ask neuro doc if i should see a spine doc or neuro surgeon. I don't know what cysts are. And the hip one says normal exam of right hip with feomoral neck subchondral cysts. How can it be both. Or does that mean its minor. I am supposed to ask rheumy about that one as the whole reason for mri was severe thigh pain and hip pain. Ruled out avascular necrosies, he thinks its trochanteric bursitis. I am about to file for SSDI for fibro cfs, neck pain, etc...this may help my case but I don't know what it means. Thanks if anyone knows!

I had synovial cyst---Bakers cyst behind my knee. The synovial fluid lubs joints, When we crack our knuckles the fluid becomes displaced and that is the sound we hear.
