Default Spine shot went ok -
Thanks for your support - i was way too scared --

i am in bed with an ice pack -- g-d willing all will continue to go well -
-
oh - and i got a smaler hard shell for my brace -- iwas nice but firm -
it worked -- my hematomas and bruising helped too :-)

i an going to take anap - i hope -
just wanted to let you all know -
