Default C1-C2 Fusion + ACFD

I'm almost 1 year post-op from a c1-c2 fusion and c5-c7 fusion and discectomy. All of my neuro symptoms have stopped, and I am doing much better than before surgery. The only issue I am having is that I still feel like I have knots in the trap muscles in my neck, and I feel like my neck needs to crack. I also am large-chested, and I have noticed even more so lately that I am having pain right under my c7 fusion, and it almost feels swollen. I am looking into getting a breast reduction, but that wouldn't be for a while. I am having a lot more muscle pain than a few months ago. I feel like most of my pain is above by c1 and then it's fine lower until you get to the c7 and then below that it's really tender. What have you found helpful? Am I able to get massage therapy?
